Overview
Leading local agency, uncapped commission scheme - Leeds City Centre - temporary private sector nursing and care recruitment. Servoca's brand new Leeds city centre branch continues to grow and we are now looking for a senior recruiter to join the team. You will be focussed on building a new local nursing, care and support desk, so previous sales experience would be ideal - any temporary recruitment experience would be great. Ours is a fast paced, busy environment that values integrity, resilience and innovation. We are based close to Leeds railway station and would welcome enquiries from temporary recruiters or sales people keen to make the move into recruitment. The roles itself is developing a new desk within private nursing and care recruitment. Servoca Nursing & Care provide nurses, support workers and healthcare assistants to nursing and care homes. You should enjoy all aspects of sales & business development, staff recruitment & resourcing, service & planning, to help you maximise business opportunities and promote the range of services offered by the company. You will be trained on all aspects of recruitment, as well as undertaking the Recruitment and Employment Confederation's certificate in recruitment practise - CertRP. Working within one of our largest branches, you will be involved in generating new business and developing existing business through telephone and face to face sales activities and ensuring profitability through sales, marketing, recruitment and resourcing. The successful candidate will have the ability to combine professionalism and friendliness to meet the needs of clients and workers and deliver a quality service to both, whilst consistently meeting targets.
