We are now looking for a Commercial Product Marketing expert to join our growing Product team. We see this role as bridging the gap between our technical and commercial teams. Job Role: ?Senior Product Manager Reporting to the Head of Product this is a great opportunity to make a real difference in a fast growing and ambitious company. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for developing a vision and roadmap for our Talent Management suite of software products. This being based on input from market research, internal stakeholders, customers, and their own industry insight. Responsible for successful planning and delivery for our Talent Management products. Working closely with Product Owners, Software Development and other teams to deliver products that align with this vision, meet market needs and are delivered to a consistently high-quality standard. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of the Talent and Learning Management markets, including identification of market problems and opportunities Define the strategy and roadmap for our product range to solve market problems and drive commercial success Carry out market research and maintain market data and trends Collect, manage and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases and measure success Collate feedback from sales, customers and prospects Write the business case for investments and gain internal approval Work with internal stakeholders and third parties to assess and establish partnerships that enhance our proposition portfolio Support for engagement with market analysts Evangelise our products internally and externally Be the recognised expert in the business on the products, the markets, relevant technology and the competition. Lead the virtual product team(s) to ensure delivery of agreed objectives Manage projects to deliver to plan Be recognised as a leader in the business and build relations with business stakeholders To be successful in the role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following: Product Management: You must have at least 5 years’ experience in a Product Management role. A solid understanding of Product Management. Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to convert complex concepts into clear, engaging messages for internal and external audiences. You have experience working with B2B SaaS software companies and you are familiar with the dynamics and customer journey in mid-market B2B SaaS companies. You must be technically fluent, comfortable dealing with technical information and able to translate technical capabilities into customer benefits. Self-starter - You know how to "get things done" and have proven ability to do so. Analytical thinker with proven problem-solving skills. Creative thinker with the ability to develop a product vision. Industry knowledge? of Human Capital Management (HCM), Talent Management or Learning Technology market would be an advantage.
