Due to continual growth year on year they are now looking to acquire the services of an experienced, articulate, and proactive Account Director to join their small but highly efficient team. Day to day responsibility for 3-4 key client accounts fostering close client relationships, and supporting business retention and growth targets, through the active development and delivery of Client Development Plans. Inspire, lead and develop a team of Account Managers and Senior Account Managers, nurturing progression within the team and identifying opportunities for training and growth. Provide hands-on leadership of the client services team managing the smooth running of projects including: fostering clear lines of communication with clients, colleagues and suppliers; coordinating status and review meetings/calls; overseeing creative execution; managing client expectations; and ensuring delivery to agreed timescales. Provide decisive and proactive leadership to clients and your team. Be a thought leader and drive innovation and fresh thinking across the clients' business and the agency, sharing learnings and best practice of performance with the rest of the agency. Plan, manage and delegate work to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard of creative quality and client service, even when working to tight deadlines. Develop a thorough understanding of clients' businesses: objectives, brand, market, competition and issues enabling the creation of clear and inspiring briefs. Ensure that your team form timely and accurate proposals, quotes, project plans, meeting notes and status reports and create timely revenue forecast updates and monthly billing for clients. Support new business discussions and presentations, coordinating input from senior colleagues where necessary Key Skills & Experience: Currently working at Account Director level within an agency environment. A proven leader and manager, with experience of developing junior team members. Integrated marketing experience, with an ability to shape campaigns that work across all touch points. An inspirational team leader with exceptional management skills. Proactive, decisive and someone with the ability to quickly establish rapport, trust and collaborative relationships. You're someone clients instantly warm to and you inspire confidence. Proactive and organised with excellent commercial acumen.
