Overview

The Company Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a Marketing and Communications Manager for our client based in Sheffield. This is a modern business, who truly invest in their staff. The location has fantastic links from Rotherham, Barnsley and Chesterfield. The Role As Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be experienced in a variety of marketing tactics, with a particular focus on campaigns with a focus on changing behaviours. You will also need to have experience of working with external agencies and partners, as well as building key relationships with them. You will have an excellent understanding of designing and delivering campaigns, specific to the strategic objectives of an organisation. As well as this, you will assist with implementing the communication strategy. You will also lead in the delivery of major projects, multi-channel marketing and communication plans, managing the budgets of campaigns, creating key messages, content, and marketing collateral. As well as this, you will also lead in creating content on the business; press releases, social media content and web page updates. This role will require you to work closely with the Head of Communications, ensuring the project planning, resource allocation and commissioning of communication activity is in line with strategic objectives. The Candidate The successful person will have at least three years' experience in a similar role, as well as previously working with agencies, implementing marketing and communication plans. You will also need experience of delivering complex communication plans, as well as having experience of running social media campaigns. The Benefits This is a fantastic opportunity to part of a rapidly growing company who offer modern offices, a salary of £27,000 - £31,000, 10% employer contribution to a personal stakeholder pension scheme, life cover and permanent health insurance, 30 days holiday per year, and offers £500 contribution for work related training. This is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week, though part time will be considered.
