Field Regional Account Manager Basic salary plus uncapped commission - OTE £40,000 to £45,000 Location: field based, living in the Brentwood area, must be able to travel to and work in London City & Essex as well as other areas as business demands. We are looking for an ambitious, results-focused field based Regional Account Manager who can take our outstanding proposition and ensure that we deliver and maintain the service that we have offered to all our top-end customers and really make an impact. That comes from looking to properly understand and align with our target customer’s needs - and then requiring very high standards across everything we do. You’ll be working alongside Mark who will be your opposite number - and you will be expected to know every key account in your patch; from spend analysis to their bespoke needs to ensure we are their service provider of choice, supporting and advising on capital expenditure and holding their hand on the renewal process as it needs to be seamless, in fact effortless to do business with us. You will be in regular contact with the top 20% and build a plan to ensure all others are looked after so they feel part of the MCFT family. You will be a polished presenter and able to review customers spending and budgets all meetings will be planned, appropriate & structured as time for tea and chats is not what this role is about. You’ll be part of the team setting the standard in our industry - for professional account management just as much as fixing cookers and fridges.
