Marketing Executive Job - Financial Services - £28,000 - Southampton Your new company Hays Marketing are currently working with an excellent Financial Services company based in Southampton. They are currently looking for a Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team on a maternity cover basis. Your new role In your new role, you will be working within a small Marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Manager, to support the business by executing an ambitious marketing plan. You will be responsible for embedding the newly launched brand identity, developing new content across a variety of channels. You must be confident working with external agencies to develop creative and engaging marketing content adhering to brand guidelines. You will be responsible for helping to improve the client experience and be involved in cross functional projects to drive improvements. You will be proof reading copy and client literature, and writing client facing communications delivering them in engaging formats. You may also be assisting at events, managing diaries and administrative activities. What you'll need to succeed To succeed, you must have at least 3 years' experience in a B2B/B2C Marketing role. You must be a confident self-starter and have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail. You should have experience of copywriting, brief writing and had previously worked with external agencies, working on direct and digital channels such as content marketing and social media. You must be enthusiastic with a can-do attitude, ideally someone who has previously worked in a similar environment.
