Overview

Due to continuing business growth at Pavers, we are expanding our Brand & Marketing department and are looking for a Digital Marketing/Advertising Co-ordinator to join our team to drive customer acquisition and customer retention at our Head Office in York (Northminster Business Park). Pavers is a multi-channel footwear retailer which also includes the Jones Bootmaker brand. We are looking for someone who is a real team player, systematic, who considers problems as a challenge and can identify/develop practical solutions, along with strong analytical skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a Marketing environment. You’ll be mainly responsible for the Digital Marketing conversion funnel with the following main responsibilities; Main duties of our Digital Marketing Co-ordinator PPC campaign management – Maintain the google ads campaign, keyword research, campaign set up with daily monitoring Social Media Advertising Develop and maintain a portfolio of relationships with affiliate partners Brief in requirements for online advertising assets with product and seasonal updates Monitor and report on online activity and recommend changes to spend; e.g. PPC, Facebook advertising, google ads, affiliates etc Assisting with the production of offline marketing material when required including catalogue production, off the page adverts and TV campaigns Identify new and innovative ways to market to new customer groups, identifying new customer recruitment/customer acquisition opportunities, across new and existing marketing channels Day to day administration of our multichannel brand ensuring all systems are kept up to date Deliver to the critical path Requirements to be our Digital Marketing Co-ordinator A strong working knowledge of the key concepts of digital marketing, digital advertising and the main channels and techniques – SEO, PPC, Social Media advertising, Affiliate Marketing.
