Overview

A local business, with strong international presence, are going through a period of exiciting growth and change An opportunity has become available to join this fast-growing, dynamic organisation as a Paid Media Manager, overseeing and implementing SEO, PPC, Shopping and Display activity for the group including the international markets. Key Responsibilities Complete daily performance checks to ensure campaigns are running effectively, and within budget. Learn how all Paid campaigns are tracked and measured. Learn to identify and act upon budget optimisations requirements. Agree what the key performance indicators (KPI) are with senior stakeholders and monitor these. Understand the role audiences play with Paid Activity targeting and campaign optimisation. Understand how to set up Paid Search campaigns, including structure, ad copy writing and keyword research. Understand how Paid metrics interrelate and can influence each other. Identify the optimisation levers available to improve Paid performance to meet the KPIs. Learn how to differentiate campaigns for different geographies and brands. Deliver reporting and analyse campaign results, with a view to developing actionable insights. Manage the agency to drive our SEO strategy and build out the future road map. Key Skills/Experience Analytically minded, with the ability to identify trends within data sets. Proactive in improving their knowledge and capability. Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and time management skills. Able to communicate effectively, and work as part of a team.
