Intrigued? - Well get in touch to find out more J This position is perfect for an ambitious Assistant Brand Manager ready for an exciting and challenging new role. The Assistant Brand Manager will not only get to help shape the strategy, they will also be responsible for leading and delivering on a wide range of marketing activation projects across the full mix. You will be responsible for managing key areas of the business within the Marketing The role will: - Use multiple sources to develop a coherent understanding of the situation and an accurate analysis of the consumer issues and articulate the issue in a way that allows the development of solutions. With support and coaching, own the development of brand strategies and positioning using the relevant processes and techniques. Coordinate internal resources and external agencies to deliver communication and activation plans ensuring that they are carried out to a high standard and that appropriate effectiveness measures are in place to deliver for the brands. Manage and delivery projects that actively contribute to the development of product and packaging, leading small scale innovation such as range extensions and new flavours. Actively identify weak areas of the brand and work on cross functional tactical projects to deliver change. Contribute to the development of customer and shopper strategies for the Brand and have positive relationships across all levels within the sales team. Review promotional effectiveness with finance and share brand guidelines with the commercial team. Work with commercial colleagues to sell NPD and ensure maximum availability in multiple channels The candidate should ideally have experience working in a commercial environment with a brand management background. They should have experience in budget and P&L management. What's on Offer?
