Senior Compliance Manager – Financial Services Bristol – Central £70000 - £90000 Great Benefits Want to work for an industry leader in the Financial Services sector? Do you have a sound understanding of FCA rules mixed with a sharp eye for copy and content? I am partnering with a great business in Bristol who are looking for a Senior Compliance Manager to oversee a team dedicated to the review and release of all marketing material across channels such as web, email, social media and video. This role requires great attention to detail and the ability to foresee problems, seek out solutions and provide consistent, constructive feedback. Sound like you? Great, then read on…. To be considered for this role, you should possess a CII R01 qualification (or be prepared to study towards it). You will ideally be degree educated (or equivalent) and it would be desirable for you to hold a CII Diploma in Financial Planning. Some daily activities of this role will include: • Leadership and mentoring of a team responsible for the approval of financial promotions across all forms of media – ensuring that compliance with the FCA rules as well as internal guidelines are followed at all times. • Provide strategy support and guidance relating to new product launches. • Review of peer group financial promotions. • Assisting in the maintenance and delivery of new policies and procedures. It goes without saying that this role requires a high level of communication and stakeholder management combined with strong planning and organisation skills. You will be a strong negotiator and have a pragmatic and robust approach to all tasks.
