Learning Facilitators Location: Dundee Temporary: 12 Months Hours: 37 hours per week Salary: £13.18 per hour Pertemps Dundee are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-known Public Sector organisation, for a Learning Facilitators on a temporary 12 month basis based in Dundee. The purpose of the role is to work in the People Services team to ensure that new staff are trained. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the development and delivery of the technical, skills and behavioural learning. Due to the nature of this role it is required for candidates to hold a Basic Disclosure certificate issued within the last 12 months or willing to apply for. The key duties are: Work alongside Programme/Project and Operations colleagues to fully understand technical requirements of the new benefits and developing a range of appropriate and creative learning activities, making best use of technology and appropriate learning methods/media. Deliver innovative and flexible learning solutions, across a multi-functional business, that provides real support to operational colleagues with different learning needs and capabilities. Use coaching skills to support and challenge learners and embed coaching in the organisational culture. Monitor and evaluate training activities to measure quality effectiveness of learning delivery. Provide an effective point of contact for L & D by developing positive and effective relationships with the agency's operational managers and programme colleagues to ensure learning support is focused and effective. To be considered for this role, you must have the following: Strong organisational skills, adaptable and able to deliver to agreed timescales and deadlines. Able to build professional relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Excellent and creative verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently with minimum supervision to achieve objectives.
