Overview

Submission Technology is a well-established, successful Digital Marketing/Lead Generation company based in Turkey Mill, Maidstone. We have grown from a small, family run business to a thriving company employing over 60 staff. We were awarded the Investors in People Silver accreditation in 2018 and are actively going for Gold We are looking to recruit 2 outgoing individuals to help our Business Development Managers in identifying new sales leads and prospective clients, developing a prospect pipeline of new business. The role involves researching & contacting companies and decision makers , via Linkedin, Social Media, telephone & EMail to uncover any new leads and potential customers. Also responsible for entering all data (ensuring accuracy) onto a CRM system and providing reports & updates on competitors and market intelligence. The ideal candidates will be relationship builders, self driven, enthusiastic & proactive, with strong communication skills and an excellent command of English. Research/sales/lead generation experience would be helpful but not essential. Any knowledge or experience in Digital Marketing would be an advantage. The position offers commission, paid monthly, for any qualified leads and revenue arising from new leads and the opportunity to progress to a fully fledged Business Development Manager In addition to a competitive starting salary, the company offers full training in the role (for someone with the above knowledge/experience).
