Petplan continues to enjoy record breaking growth year on year, underpinned by our vision that every pet deserves Petplan We are keen to add another enthusiastic member to our team focused on delivering specialised, scalable CRM capabilities across Petplan in order to drive customer acquisition, centricity and loyalty and play a pivotal role in developing customer relationships through a programme of continuous improvement for consumer marketing campaigns The successful candidate will contribute to the successful delivery of Petplan's CRM campaign program, managing the campaign lifecycle process from briefing requirements, through to testing, monitoring delivery and reporting on campaign impact versus agreed KPI's Our team focuses on optimising the personalisation in our campaigns by delivering high quality campaign delivery, analysis and reporting which constantly refines the targeting approach, providing our business customers with the recommendations to compete in the market place by differentiating Petplan as a distinguished provider with the customer at the heart of all activity The role will involve: Managing the CRM campaign program through the campaign concept, briefing to campaign developers, testing, delivery and ongoing monitoring phases, including reporting performance against KPI's Liaising with marketing teams and leading test strategy when creating new / optimising current campaigns Development of campaign success reports to constantly monitor delivery progress and resolving any issues Monitoring and improving data quality issues Implementing campaign best practise processes Investigating and resolving any issues throughout the campaign process, including resolving issues with third parties and other departments including IT and external agencies Investigating customer queries relating to CRM campaign targeting using our insight tool Apteco Fast Stats Skills and Experience: The successful candidate will be focused on a value-add role which delivers the highly personalised CRM campaign program: Have direct experience of driving B2C data driven consumer marketing campaign programs Have experience of creating campaign report dashboards to monitor and evaluate success Experience of multi-channel CRM targeting campaigns Have a good understanding of relational databases and the data driven CRM campaign process Be highly proficient in MS Office including Excel Desired experience using any of the following: Apteco Fast Stats, SQL, Access, Alterian, Business Objects or Adobe Campaign Excellent understanding of CRM relational databases Numerate and analytical Determined and enthusiastic with excellent customer focus Keen to make recommendations Excellent stakeholder management skills
