Overview
Salesforce Knowledge Architect | Contract | Berkshire My client is in the process of launching some new customer facing solutions for currency trades and transfers. As part of this project it's imperative they release Salesforce knowledge in two phases, within their internal teams and for their customers through their website. We are looking for a Salesforce Architect to structure Salesforce Knowledge, and offer some analysis around the content they need to set up and architect the module. This person has to have specialist knowledge of Salesforce Knowledge and not a Salesforce generalist. It's essential that this person has previously set up Salesforce Knowledge and has a good understanding of how to do so in the most efficient and effective way, and can act as a subject matter expert to the rest of the Salesforce and wider team. You will report into the Salesforce Product Owner and the Digital Transformation Director. You will be working on all the internal documentation that will act as a go-to-guide for all the customer facing issues regarding salesforce to provide consistency and accuracy.
