Membership Marketing Manager | Charity | Kent | £32,000 We’re proud to partner with a local Charity focused on benefiting Kent and its residents. They are looking for a Membership Marketing Manager to manage their direct membership recruitment team, provide them with the marketing tools and motivation they need to be a success. Alongside this you’ll be developing, testing and implementing new methods to reach their audience, utilising the digital space to increase membership. The Job… This is a high-profile position within the organisation and will help shape the future of their membership recruitment and retention. You’ll own the members journey and play a key role in diversifying their membership marketing. Develop and manage the membership recruitment strategy. Lead, train and manage the face to face recruitment team. Manage the membership journey from joining to renewal, to ensure their members are enjoying a valuable membership experience. Take ownership of broadening and diversifying membership marketing activity - including online, digital and direct mail. The Right Candidate… You’ll be an idea’s person with the experience to be able to turn those ideas into a reality. You’ll be dynamic and a team motivator, ideally with experience of Fundraising or sales. Experience of leadership in either fundraising or experience in sales - you’ll know how to motivate a team to reach target. You will have proven marketing experience, with a track record of delivering high quality projects and marketing campaigns. Direct marketing expertise - ideally within a charity, membership or commercial setting Knowledge of online and digital acquisition strategies Ability to analyse and interpret results of large campaigns Experience of budget management How to Apply… This is an opportunity to make a real difference to this charity’s current membership recruitment strategy and to diversify the way it attracts, converts and adds value to its membership.
