Dependent on the level you go in at you will be responsible for implementing or planning the strategic delivery of the CRM plan for the businesses brands, with the aim of increasing customer retention, acquisition and return on investment. Duties will include: Planning CRM Strategies Creating email campaigns Create and implement direct communications with customers through an email marketing platform Work closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company Ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities Weekly and monthly reporting on campaign performance Analyse customer touch points to maximise commercial opportunities Experience in an email marketing role is essential as is a genuine passion for email and email marketing. You will be computer literate with a sound understanding of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Design skills with experience of Photoshop would be an advantage.
