Job Title: Member Services Manager - Digital & Ad Tech Location: Central London Salary: £35K Exciting news We are working on a fantastic role within one of our great clients; An overarching data advertising bureau that helps clients build a sustainable future within the digital sphere. This is the perfect role for an experienced individual that has a genuine interest and passion for all things digital, and appreciate the ever evolving sector. The Member Services Manager will report into the Senior Membership Manager, who you will combine powers with in the day-to-day tasks of managing the membership base. The primary aim of this position is to successfully manage existing members and identify new members to join bureau. Experience working within digital advertising Passion for championing the highest of standards Love building relationships with clients Whilst also having strong experience in bringing on new clients and upselling services Some main responsibilities of the role include: Identifying, targeting and executing plans to upsell event tickets, event sponsorship and training courses to existing members. Renew existing Members against set targets. Coordinate and maintain effective internal communications to ensure all relevant functions are informed of member needs. Identifying new sponsorship opportunities. Provide support, intelligence, connections and networking opportunities to members. Managing all data effectively and proactively in the CRM.
