About the Role Working for GP Strategies, you will be aligned to Quick Lane Europe Ltd (QLE) which is a start-up business within the rapid fit automotive aftersales business in Europe focussing on class leading customer experience and convenience. QLE is a wholly owned Ford subsidiary and we are establishing an independent and fully functioning headquarters in the UK employing approximately 30 people directly in Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new team which will be instrumental in setting up and supporting the implementation and rapid growth of this new business. In this role, you will take responsibility of all project management activities for establishing QLE as a new business franchise. What will I do? Develop and implement new processes, new features and agreed business model extensions Support and project manage the roll-out into other European markets Take ownership and maintain detailed project plans to support the business, support the progress of the work streams and escalate issues Be responsible for all QLE governance reporting Liaise with the QLE team, Ford departments, Quick Lane Global team, and partner agencies Provide input to relevant review meetings Coordinate and support quarterly QLE & Partner workshops Together with national operations teams, develop and operate a best practice sharing structure for launch and operations activities Do you have? Previous experience as a Project Manager with large, multi-national projects Ideally, you’ll have worked within a similar industry Knowledge of automotive aftersales retail business, aftersales parts business and business franchising would be a distinct advantage Project Management qualification would be a distinct advantage MS Project experience Outstanding written & verbal presentation skills Ability to liaise with internal & external stakeholders up to senior level as well as building & maintaining relationships Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results Must be fluent in English, at least one further European language would be beneficial Due to the nature of the role must have a full UK driving licence Flexibility to travel internationally
