Overview
We are looking for an online trading expert for an international, well known and market leading brand based in their brand new, modern Manchester City Centre office. After successfully undergoing a cutting edge digital transformation, the international brand has now had a large amount of investment so they are anticipating further expansion; particularly in the digital space. You will benefit from the opportunity to work collaboratively with some of the best Digital talent in the UK, flexible working, a casual and modern working culture, access to the best digital technologies and progression and self development opportunities. This highly tactical role is key in delivering 3 important metrics; driving an increase in AOV, a decrease in basket abandonment and increasing conversion rates. Other responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: Work collaboratively and use data with other teams and stakeholders including SEM, Localisation, Website Development, Product Development, the wider marketing department, Multi-variant testing and the Pricing team Produce analytical reports and recommendations for commercial performance Influence other internal and external stakeholders Promote and understand an understanding of consumer and market behaviours and demand opportunities The ideal skill set is as follows: A proven track record implementing e-commerce strategies to drive an increase in AOV, a decrease in cart abandonment rates and an increase in conversion rates Degree educated or equivalent in a business related subject, ideally with a digital or technology bias In depth knowledge of multi-channel marketing and online trading techniques Analytical mind-set with confidence in presenting data driven insights Outstanding communicating skills If you want to work for a market leading, exciting international brand please apply below This role would be suitable for an ecommerce Manager, ecommerce trading manager, online trading manager, e-commerce Merchandising Manager or e-commerce trading manager
