Overview
You’ll be joining this fast growth business based towards Loughborough. You’ll be the type of person that thrives in an agile, smaller environment where you can really make a difference. You’ll work closely with the head of marketing and have support from a design and content team. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns to grow the awareness and ongoing success of their fast-growing. You’ll wear many hats as the Campaign Marketing Manager as you’ll be responsible for the implementation of marketing campaigns, but you’ll be working cross functionally with the business and with their wide variety of partners, ensuring an integrated approach to the management of their marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who’s looking for a full and varied role and something a bit different from the usual commercial environment. The role Devise B2C and B2B integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers. Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing and PR campaigns. Brief and oversee the work of internal team members and external agencies, such as designers, animators, copy writers and printers, who will deliver much of the campaign activity. Oversee all customer communications including the coordination of an email, social and app calendar Manage the relationship with their agencies Ensure that the organisation’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels. Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs. Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns. You Ability to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering multiple successful marketing campaigns. Experience of coordinating marketing communications across a variety of departments is essential. Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a marketing and communications role Experience of working with Creative, Media and PR agencies is essential Excellent analytical and communication skills including ability to develop clear key messages.
