Garden Centre Account Manager

Garden Centre Account Manager Our client, a significant player in the Horticulture sector is looking to strengthen their team by the appointment of a Garden Centre Account Manager to handle several of their largest accounts. Reporting in to the Managing Director, you will be accountable for delivering the commercial strategy and driving profitable growth across those accounts. In order to maximise the potential of the product categories and the accounts we need candidates to be strategic in outlook, creative in thinking and pragmatic and hungry in their approach. You will also need to demonstrate a strong knowledge of plants, horticulture and the garden centre market to be able to maximise margins in this fast moving product sector. Who we're looking for? You will have Plant sales experience whether at a garden centre level or you may have experience in dealing with the national retailers and the wider market-place. With strong product knowledge and understanding, you will be a highly driven and motivated individual who is driven by results and who has a natural inclination to sell.
