Overview

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to manage a small but productive team and play a key role in the strategic marketing direction of an established and growing brand. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Define, deliver and implement the E-commerce and Omnichannel digital marketing strategy whilst being responsible for meeting short, mid, and long-term objectives of the business. Manage the overall Omni-channel marketing budget and overall spend Create and manage digital events calendars and critical path for launch campaigns. Development of key online accounts, with daily, hands-on management and optimization of Amazon and other key online vendors focusing on sales and marketing campaigns including promo planning, product listing optimization and conversion rate optimization. Provide leadership on SEO, keyword bidding and maximising SSPA. Become the 'specialist’ of all online vendor platforms sharing knowledge and best practice with partners to maximise growth in other EU territories. Management of brand identity, online UX and shopping experience for both the business and other third-party partners, including copy optimization, online marketing programs, product setup etc. Lead in understanding product or category-specific business objectives and develop a growth strategy for these through qualitative analysis and quantitative data. Partake in the ideation planning and execution of native creative content for all online channels Ensure marketing work closely with Sales to drive growth and margin through site merchandising strategies Prepare monthly sales reports analysing marketplace trends, retail sales, account trends and competitive activity across the account portfolio. Communicate E-commerce business results monthly to the board, identifying insights and action steps to improve business performance. Assist Sales in quarterly planning & review meetings with online retailers, Work with Sales and NPD to identify areas of growth and potential partners or useful technologies to consider in growing eCommerce sales. Oversee and work with other team members within the business across materials planning, NPD, stock control and production planning on forecasting, critical paths, merchandising, pricing, product content, inventory management, market research and demand generation. Managing 3rd party agencies from time to time on specific digital projects WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: 3 Year experience working in E-commerce role with digital marketing experience. Proven track record in achieving measurable growth, growing customer loyalty & order frequency and hitting KPI’s within an online business SEO and optimised copywriting skills, UX knowledge and experience. Strong working knowledge of leading E-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred), all digital advertising channels, Social Media, email marketing, web and social analytics tools. Experience in direct to consumer environments preferably within Healthcare, Nursery, Baby, lifestyle or Children's products. Experience of implementing and managing a loyalty programme also a benefit Fantastic examples of managing a content-led social media strategy to customers Experience of driving engagement and growth on social platforms as well as YouTube would be a big advantage A great eye for design and ability to translate brand guidelines into engaging content across different media. Previous experience of working with Amazon from both a 1P & 3P perspective plus knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central is preferred. Excellent understanding of eCommerce strategy with omnichannel retailers and can demonstrate growth. High learning agility, enquiring creative mind and ability to deal with ambiguity required. Organised multi-tasker with strong skills in numeracy, presentation & communication (both written and verbal) good online analytical and IT skills preferred Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to be a team player and manage a creative team Passion for e-commerce and digital marketing and a desire to continually improve skills Last but no means least, energy, drive and a good sense of humour.
