Overview

We’re looking for a curious, technology focused problem solver with brilliant customer service skills to join our growing Implementation and Support Team in Telford. Hubken Group is a leading provider of digital learning platforms in the UK. We work with organisations across all sectors, from high street retailers to county councils, supporting them to implement digital learning solutions in their business. We work with Totara Learn and Moodle, the global leaders in open source learning management systems. We’re passionate about delivering top quality service to our clients and recruiting for a new team member to expand our application support team. This role is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in a fast paced technology sector with fantastic opportunities for progression. You’ll be supporting our clients with their queries on how to use the software we provide. Whilst you won’t be looking into databases or servers, you’ll need a technical mind to understand how our systems work. You’ll receive full product training and work with the team to develop all the skills you’ll need to become an expert in the role. Within 12 months you’ll be supporting our clients across both platforms, working with key accounts, writing documentation, supporting our marketing and sales teams and producing monthly reports for management on support requests, responses and SLAs. Beyond 12-24 months you can continue to progress in a support role or other roles within the business such as Implementation or Account Management. Our support team is crucial to ensuring the success of our clients’ projects following initial implementation, so be prepared to be creative and think outside of the box, going above and beyond to exceed expectations. You’ll work primarily via our email support portal, so excellent written communication skills are a must. You’ll need to be confident in picking up the phone and resolving queries directly with clients, so an impeccable telephone manner is essential. Whilst previous experience in a similar role is not essential, this is a challenging and technical role so we will be looking for a demonstrable passion for technology and a background of study in technology. Excellent written and verbal communicator An outgoing personality with strong 'people skills’ A dynamic and positive energy to every challenge you face.
