The Individual You will have a compelling, passionate spirit, and will know how to build rapport and communicate with decision-makers across a portfolio of clients. You will be a true professional who understands the commercial world with the ability to produce meaningful reports in order to maximise conversion and revenue. Key responsibilities include As the reporting executive, you will be undertaking a detailed analysis of data to understand how campaigns are performing Working in partnership with sales team managers to developing operational strategy in order to drive retention rates and margin Collaborating with suppliers in order to support with commercials, contracts, and any operational issues Exporting data to build performance reports and to utilise in your decision making, tracking trends and ROI Analysing data and making recommendations to internal stakeholders Managing projects within client relationships, working to carry out their goals while meeting company objectives and KPI's Skills/experience required Highly numerate with the experience in a similar role Strong commercial awareness and result focused Expert in Excel/ ROI models and the ability to analyse data and spot trends Able to make data-led decisions to improve campaign performance Sound organisational skills including good time management, ability to work to deadlines and handle multiple accounts Superb communication and writing skills Confident in chairing meetings with stakeholders to present data and review strategy Able to build rapport with key stakeholders So, what do we do for you? take a look at some of our perks Access to the Love Loyalty Club.
