Role: German Speaking Account Manager (Trainee) Location: Bournemouth Salary: £18,000 uncapped commission Job Type: Full-time - Permanent Office hours: 09.30 - 18:00 Monday to Thursday & Friday 09:30 - 16:00 Tru-talent are very excited to be working with an award winning Influencer Agency based in Bournemouth who work with some of the world’s biggest brands across Toy, Film, Entertainment, Fashion and Sports and are continuing to expand rapidly into the European market. They are looking for a German Speaking Account Manager who must speak German confidently at business level, have a deep passion and understanding of Social Media and the Influencer landscape as well as being personable and have the ability to build rapport with both Influencers and clients alike. This position starts as a trainee with a clear progression leading to Account Talent and Sales Manager within 12 months depending on performance. Main Responsibilities: Work with Senior Account Managers in creating large scale influencer based marketing campaigns for a wide roster of clients across toys, entertainment, gaming, sports and lifestyle brands. Proactively explore new business opportunities and maintain client relationships as well as signing up new social influencers. Work directly with growing influencers and assist in developing long term strategies in order to grow their presence online. Managing talent and managing/attending events as necessary. Manage, generate and execute branded campaigns -a strong knowledge of social media is a must. Manage Social Media platforms and implement strategies to increase Brand Awareness and followers. Use analytical dashboards to analyse the effectiveness of campaigns and determine if marketing objectives have been met as well as exceeding revenue goals. Negotiatie jobs, including fees, content deliverables and contract negotiation. Proactively keep up to date of development within the Industries that could impact the company, talent and brand partners. Skills and Experience: Honours degree desirable but not essential. Fluent in German - Essential. Excellent knowledge and experience in Social Media with an understanding and passion for this. Experience within a media/sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding target would be desirable but not essential. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to successfully organise, prioritise and manage multiple projects under strict deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively in a thriving team and are adaptable to a rapidly growing business. Ability to travel and work weekends as required. Benefits: 25 days annual leave per annum Bank Holidays. Office closed between Christmas and New Year. This role is subject to DBS checks and you will need a Clean Driving License. The role will also involve some travel to London and potential trips abroad to attend conventions and meet overseas clients.
