Onsite gym with personal trainers Budget for personal development Discounts and more THE ROLE Sitting in a specialist analytics team you will be looking after all things campaign analytics. Projects will include: Mapping campaign performance and then using this insight to shape future strategy/decision making Advising on CRM/Campaign strategy from a data perspective Testing the success of campaigns across email, direct mail and social Pulling together highly targeted segmentations for campaign execution Supporting the development of a test and learn framework to ensure optimised communication plans moving forwards YOUR SKILLS The successful CRM Analyst will have: Technical data manipulation ability using Alteryx, Faststats or similar Previously used data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI Worked within a marketing/analytics team to deliver commercially viable insights An understanding of CRM approaches/best practice - exposure to a CRM/ESP platform such as Salesforce, Emarsys or Adobe is beneficial Delivered data insights to marketing/CRM teams in a commercial setting A degree or higher Great communication skills BENEFITS A salary up to £50,000 50% store discount Bonus structure Onsite gym Free personal training Flexible working HOW TO APPLY Please click the link on this page or email for more information
