This role will suit someone who is truly passionate about delivering results through Digital Marketing so we are looking for someone who is highly analytical, has demonstrable experience in improving ROI through digital marketing data. We are offering a great opportunity to grow within a modern, forward thinking business with an ambitious growth plan. Main Purpose To maximise sales through online channels of our partner retailers. Manage Golden Bear’s own website and social media channels. Manage the company’s Social Media Strategy. Always seeking for best ROI, your initial objectives will be: Bring back in-house the Digital Marketing / Media budget, set out your plans to deliver the best ROI and execute that plan. Amazon - take ownership for all digital marketing activities related to Amazon ( training will be given on specifics/software ) Customer reviews - take ownership of customer feedback reviews In Detail Own, manage and implement the digital media budget. Work closely with Brand Managers to maximise sales and ROI. Proactively manage the company’s social media accounts; taking a continuous improvement approach, systematically review and analyse relevant data. Make recommendations for change / improvement and take appropriate action. Develop dashboard/metrics used to inform Senior Management of the ROI of all digital marketing channels used Work closely with the wider marketing team to increase their understanding on what they can do to contribute to effective digital marketing Manage the company’s website ensuring up to date content and conveying relevant messages in accordance with the company’s Brand Project(s). Update with new products promptly with links to retail. Work towards achieving 'Best in Class’ social media campaigns Compiling and issuing monthly report of customer reviews on retailer websites to relevant parties, including Amazon, Argos, Smyths and Very. Monitor issues from product reviews and inform relevant parties. Search Terms reviewed to ensure product showing and maximising search hits. Ensure all items appear when searched for (by brand) and alternative or misspelt search names Ensuring search terms are correct for all products at quoting stage. Understanding keyword research and competitor analysis Review and make recommendations re direct sales via Ebay and co-ordinate said listings and execution if business requires. Amazon - work closely with Senior National Account Manager on everything Amazon related including: Amazon AMS - review and refine on a constant basis maximizing sales and maintaining momentum monitoring stock to not waste money. Amazon A Content - Making sure A content is live for all new lines going forward including high quality images and search term rich copy. Amazon Sales - Reviewing sales daily/weekly to help link with AMS and content updates keeping an eye on pricing. Amazon Search - Updating search ranking report weekly for list of targeted key terms and sharing around the business. Helium 10 and Keepa - Continuing to use Helium 10 and Keepa where possible to help with key words and get sales info on lines across EU and USA Understanding Amazon algorithms and altering product content when these change Person Specification Digital Marketing qualification/Degree or CIM qualification in Marketing Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Demonstrable experience of achieving results through SEO, Social Media, Digital Marketing and related software Knowledge of the toy industry or similar industry desirable E-Commerce experience required/retail Demonstrable behaviours required Organised Collaborative/Strong working relationships Proactive Analytical Driven to deliver Strong communication (written and verbal) If you feel this role looks right for you and you feel you can contribute significantly to our growth plans and want to join our team, it’s time to get your application started.
