Overview
Product Lead FR Executive is looking for an experienced Product Owner or Product Lead to join our client a leading international IT services company, delivering global digital transformational solutions. You will be joining an industry leading company, with a reputable culture, dedicated to employee engagement, development and training. As Product Lead, you will lead an agile team to deliver high quality solutions that meet client and user needs, and act as a role model for collaborative behaviours, agile values and professionalism. Key Duties & Responsibilities: You will take the lead role in consulting assignments, responsible for building trusted client relationships, whilst being recognised as key advisor in own specialist areas. Creates well structured & accurate deliverables and presents at up to client board level leading to acceptance of recommendations. Ensures that knowledge & experience is captured and disseminated at end of assignment. Maintains a current knowledge of specialist areas and provides appropriate thought leadership internally and to clients. Pro-active in mentoring a group of Consultants. 4-6 years experience in a relevant commercial or technical environment with at least 4 years demonstrable success in consulting environments (or project equivalent). Strong in chosen consulting specialisation and demonstrates adaptability to embrace new disciplines.
