Marketing & Product Senior - Newport £45,000 - £55,000 Your new company This is a exciting and rare opportunity to oversee the Marketing & Product Team of a Financial Services organisation based at their offices in Newport. Your new role You will provide hands-on leadership and direction for a team of product and marketing professionals. You will define and develop the internal and external communications strategies; measure the success of marketing campaigns to determine the most effective means of driving business; lead and develop product roadmaps; oversee the creation and management of pricing models; as well as managing the budget. This is an opportunity to work collaboratively with other areas of the business to ensure there is a common understanding of business goals and objectives. What you'll need to succeed This is a sector that is driven by quality and customer service. You will have prior experience as a senior manager and you will either have experience of working with, or a passion for emerging technologies. You will have strong analytical, project management and problem solving skills with excellent communication skills and the ability to think strategically whilst adapting to a changing business and market place.
