Our client is a charity, that supports the wellbeing of the past and present members of a Chartered Institute. The charity offers a range of emotional, professional and financial support and resources to ensure members and their families are supported throughout their lifetime. They are seeking a Client Account Manager to join their team on a maternity cover basis for 14 months (from mid May 2020). The successful candidate will have a good level of autonomy in their role. They will need to be creative and self-motivated with excellent line management, project / event management skills. Being results oriented, they will need to have a successful track record of delivering against targets. Principle Responsibilities: Manage, develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective delivery against the operational plan Identify and ensure delivery of opportunities that increase understanding and raise credibility with the membership, leading to an increased number of people engaging with and accessing services Developing and delivering bespoke creative offerings across all platforms to maximise reach within the potential membership A great team player, able to manage and motivate an effective team, as well as working in collaboration with other departments to present the whole range of services on offer and ensure client expectations are met Develop and implement effective relationship development reporting, monitoring and evaluation across all activities Be an advocate for continuous improvement within the organisation Own and lead on additional ad-hoc projects Skills required: Previous experience of working in account management, relationship management or with a membership or charity organisation Used to managing and motivating staff Excellent planning and project / event management experience - able to scope out, plan and deliver to budget Confident and professional - able to communicate at all levels Able to present confidently and with passion Experience of developing and managing strategic relationships Strong organisational skills - process driven Experience with Microsoft packages, CRM systems and social media A positive, enthusiastic team player This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Client Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager who wants to join an interesting and varied business.
