Position Summary We are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing person to join our dynamic Marketing Team. As a new part of Cognizant this is an exciting opportunity for someone to be involved in the roll out of our new combined offering and strengthen the brand. The successful applicant will be reporting into the Marketing Team Lead and will be responsible for implementing the digital marketing strategy, marketing automation, and lead generation for Zenith Technologies and our associated brands. This person will also support the core marketing activities associated with services and products provided by Zenith. This role will give the applicant great work experience working with an innovative marketing team. Location Warrington, UK - Full time and office based Responsibilities Digital Marketing Implementation of digital marketing strategies at Zenith Technologies with progress milestones Monthly reporting of digital activities Social Media Management Roll out of external comms on all social media channels Managing and feeding into a 3 month content plan for social media communications High level accuracy and professionalism in posting that fits in line with our company brand, culture and voice Responsible for managing our online brand perception and developing it in line with the business Develop our online community through groups and forums Manage LinkedIn advertising channel for increased exposure to appropriate targets Work with our parent company Cognizant to join up our social strategies for mutual benefit Promote the power of social media internally to increase engagement with Zenith colleagues Manage the social accounts of lead team for enhanced exposure Website and other Digital Channel Management Support the marketing manager in improving the customer experience and increase engagement (hits, downloads and web leads) Improve our SEO and create content based on key terms to improve organic ranking Ensure our website seamlessly connects into our CRM for lead tracking and opportunity creation tracking Creation of website landing pages for campaigns feeding into the CRM Deliver continuous innovation and digital enhancements CRM Management Ensure CRM continues to connect into website and other digital lead generation tools Manage nurture tracks in CRM, innovating and monitoring them for increased engagement Ensure our customer database is kept up to date, and is being used effectively Ensure the marketing automation system works seamlessly to track marketing activity in the CRM and drive intelligent decisions Help manage the transition of our CRM into SalesForce, ensuring data excellence, lead and opportunity transfer Create strategies to improve the lead nurturing journey transition of cold leads to warm leads Build richer data into our CRM to develop the data we have already Other Responsibilities Create enewsletters and other email campaigns Build our digital footprint through links and online content - through directories, PR, external links etc. Provide tracking and analysis of our digital strategy - ensuring that the key digital metrics are measured, monitored and communicated to key stakeholders etc. Suggest test plans and strategies to improve site traffic, and conversion through webleads Conduct tests of landing pages and support continuous improvement of customer journey Identify new appropriate digital channels for links, articles, advertising, blogs, etc Feed into a content generation plan, keeping an eye on what competitors and customer trends Help support other team members with event management, public relation activity, merchandise requirements, marketing materials and advertising management. Support internal comms with campaigns and projects Become an innovative and creative part of the team Required qualifications Current Digital Marketing or Marketing Degree 2 years working in a digital marketing or marketing capacity Key competencies Knowledgeable and passionate about digital communications Highly competent at content creation A keen eye for detail and accuracy of information Driven individual who wants to make a career in digital marketing High standard of grammar and punctuation An excellent communicator with strong writing and organisational skills Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team Strong multi-tasking ability and ability to meet deadlines Be able to work in a dynamic changing environment Innovative and idea generation
