Overview

We are a dynamic company based in Godstone, Surrey, looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager, who possess energy and enthusiasm with a can-do attitude with the ability to be adaptable, goal orientated and achieve deadlines. This role will report directly to the Managing Director and Operations Director and you will lead the strategy and execution of all digital marketing. This is an excellent opportunity to undertake a highly visible role and positively impact on the business as a member of the Management team. Role Description Work with the Directors to develop KPIs for all digital media channels Develop strategies for promoting our products and brand through our paid channels Execute campaigns in the UK and key global markets in a timely and effective manner Manage PPC accounts in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram maximizing ROAS within budget requirements Issue weekly and monthly reports pertaining to Paid Media campaigns, outlining performance, revenue and applicable relevant metrics Be an innovator, someone who loves to test and trial new initiatives and share with the team Work closely with the Graphic Designer to ensure display, social, affiliate creative is optimized, innovative and effective Lead the social media strategy and work with the team to bring it to life across all relevant platforms Maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key media partners and agencies Work closely with the web development agency to ensure that landing pages are optimized for conversion Actively contribute to the team in a collaborative and meaningful way that helps support, inspire and motivate fellow colleagues and managers alike Requirements Bachelor's degree relevant to the position (transcripts will be requested) 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing on either the client or agency side Passionate about all things digital marketing Strong understanding of various paid media platforms (Google Search, Display & YouTube, Facebook / Instagram, Affiliate marketing) Google Ad certification would be an asset Experience setting campaign goals, KPIs Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Experience designing e-commerce websites or advertising Strong work ethic and personal accountability. Strong attention to detail. Strong time management. Good interpersonal skills and business English Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite products, Photoshop in particular You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from conception to execution. Proven track record of improving paid media ROI and implementing best practices Proficient in the use of Google analytics and using to drive digital marketing insights Experience managing 3rd party vendor relationships and negotiations Experience with budget management Problem solver, ability to learn on your own or as part of a team, and stay on top of the latest digital marketing trends Experience with small/mid- size entrepreneurial environment with high growth Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to articulate recommendations in a concise and timely manner Job Type: Full-time at our Head Office in Godstone, Surrey
