Customer Insight Analyst - Fast Growth Tech Platform Location: Central London We are pleased to be working exclusively with an innovative start-up operating in the tech space. They are growing rapidly and hiring a Customer Insight Analyst to support the continued expansion. This is an opportunity to have real impact on the organisation as it grows. They are keen to add someone to the business who is fun, hardworking and wants to progress their career quickly. Key Responsibilities: Based on customer needs, extract and analyse customer data Regular in-depth analysis of customer data, including usage, trends and interactions Create customer dashboards and internal dashboards Produce engaging data visualisations to present to current and potential customers Experience: Experience working within a retail/ ecommerce business A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role Knowledge of SQL (essential) Experience with a data analytics/ visualisation tool (Chartio is preference) Experience working with large data sets Commercially minded Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and Directors Salary: £30,000-35,000 Please feel free to circulate this amongst anyone who you believe may be interested in this opportunity.
