Japanese Speaking Ecommerce Executive A growing entrepreneurial e-commerce company based in North London is currently expanding their operation into international markets with Japan being their next step. They require a Japanese speaker with a passion for e-commerce and online retail operations to join their busy team to help with this growth. Working closely with the CEO, your focus will be on developing Japanese sales channels with major online platforms such as Amazon.co.jp. Core duties Manage the launch of the company and product range on Amazon.co.jp. Sole responsible for managing the launch as you will be the only Japanese speaker within the company Management of Amazon.co.jp Seller Central Account including but not limited to: Writing new product listings specifically for Japanese consumers Developing pricing strategies for new and existing products Monitoring product reviews and improving the customer journey Creation of and monitoring of PPC advertising campaigns and keywords Liaise with design team to create high value images and graphic design content Managing special offers, sales and lightning deals campaigns Research into new product opportunities for the Japanese market Preparing, analysing and presenting sales and marketing data including competitor analysis Research into new Japanese marketplaces and sales channels (such as Rakuten) Ideal applicant A fluent Japanese speaker who has excellent written communication skills in both Japanese and English Passionate about e-commerce and selling online Interested in marketing and what makes people buy online A talented copywriter with an extremely keen eye for detail Proficient on Microsoft Excel with an ability to interrogate and analyse data Keen on optimising and improving existing business processes Of the opinion that 'no task is too small’ and will be happy to get their hands dirty If your application is successful, you will be contacted within two working days.
