Strategic Growth Performance Manager - Reading - 38-44k Help to find solutions from data to maximise growth in the automotive sector This is a key role which will help to define future strategic approach for a well-known organisation. The successful candidate will be of an analytical mindset, comfortable working with large data-sets and producing quality reports to identify opportunities and increase sales performance. You will be a confident communicator, with the ability to present these findings to senior figures and provide analysis and opinion of trends and performance. The position will be working in the automotive sector although specific automotive experience is not essential; the underlying ability to analyse data, spot trends and suggest strategies are more important.
