Overview

Marketing Executive Preston upto £25k experience dependant Will consider flexi working We are privileged to once again be recruiting on behalf of our globally recognised client. With exposure, to be proven, to all marketing techniques the successful candidate will work with a leader in its industrial product sector. You will develop global marketing strategy, business to business aligned with the business plans and objectives, creating opportunity for both new and existing pipelines into the sales team. You will have proven experiences in Managing all marketing activity for the company Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives. Creating appropriate marketing and promotional campaigns aligned to the company business plan and business objectives. Create and implement an annual rolling marketing calendar of campaigns. Work with the external and internal sales teams to create, manage and improve sales lead generation and appointment setting for the external field sales team. This will include identification of target accounts and individual contacts relevant to sales and marketing campaign activities. Liaise with suppliers to understand and create aligned marketing campaigns for supplier products. Be responsible for the creative content of the 3 company websites, transactional processes, with regular updating as necessary, and ensuring SEO optimisation at all times. Creation, updating and publication of all marketing material and collateral in line with the business plan. Ensure the company brand image and identity is co-ordinated and implemented across all divisions. Be the focal point for the company's social media presence; creating, co-ordinating and managing content on social media platforms - especially LinkedIn. Working closely with design agencies and website provider to ensure content meets the marketing and business plans. Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of company objectives. Work with Managing Director on the marketing budget and adherence to the annual budget. Work with business operations outside of the UK to ensure that their marketing and support needs are carried out. Monitor and advise regarding competitor website and campaign activities. Plan and implement the attendance of appropriate exhibition events as required throughout the year. Ideal Candidate Profile Qualified in similar with proven success records to prove Proven expertise in a previous marketing role in an industrial product market segment would be preferable. Strong analytical and project management skills. Confident, assertive and dynamic personality with a strong creative outlook. A high level of proficiency in social media marketing - especially use of LinkedIn. Full IT literacy and capability with MS Office portfolio, Adobe Creative etc. Strong communication and presenting skills - with a high level of personal motivation and positive "can-do" attitude.
