Overview

POST recruitment are recruiting for a proven marketing manager ideally from the hospitality sector, with experience of managing the promotional activities of a group sites. Due to a reorganisation the group require a central marketing function to coordinate and plan the activities of the group, together with developing an effective CRM program. As Marketing Manager, you will need a hands-on approach, attention to detail and be comfortable at communicating at all levels. Duties of the Marketing Manager: Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website. Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness. Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data. Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing To develop and lead the brand projects and retail promotional marketing activity calendar, seeing ideas through from concept generation to production and implementation, ensuring a consistent brand image and message at all times. To pro actively contribute to the sales building programme To ensure that the marketing fund is spent effectively and within agreed parameters • A large part of the role is being in the unit and providing support to the managerial team Requirements of the Marketing Manager role Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice. Experience in ecommerce, ROI, CRM, Email marketing, etc.
