Our client are a leading marketing agency and due to expansion require an Account Manager based near their offices in Haywards Heath. Job Description Responsible for client retention, bespoke revenue and the smooth running of accounts. Duties and Responsibilities: Arrange and conduct regular client meetings Building rapport with clients Control of clients work Generate and action meeting notes Drive client’s internet marketing forward Management and development of an Account Exec Communicate with clients and other departments to get work completed on time and right first time Performance Measured By: Client retention Client feedback Feedback from other departments Efficient management: time jobs spent in query, brief quality, time job spends with client etc. Development of Account Exec Revenue from client They are looking at offering a basic salary of between £25,000 - £28,000 depending upon experience, plus company car.
