Revive Recruitment, Chester are supporting an award-winning business with their permanent recruitment of a Marketing Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a developing and growing business: POSITION: Marketing Manager SALARY: £30,000 per annum LOCATION: Chester Outskirts HOURS: 9.00am to 5.00pm In this role you will be managing all areas of the marketing mix and budget, making sound business decisions to meet the Company’ objectives. The is a varied position and will encompass other areas of the business but with the main area being Marketing. To apply for this super position, you will be a self-motivated individual who has a proactive approach and wants to progress further within a developing business: Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy Set Strategy, plans and goals with manager for new financial year Agree budget Record Marketing spend and order placed. Management of Website Management of website on monthly retainers, changes to be instructed to design team. Ensure website is up to date and in line with user needs and PPC/SEO advice. Ensure new Material is being continuously refreshed and updated PPC/SEO Monthly meetings and reports lead by the outsourced Agency Evaluate and monitor campaign and amend and edit as necessary. Track enquiries to establish sources. Newsletters, Blogs and social media Set program for social media, blogs and newsletters Ensure that the program is being adhered too Review and sign off blogs/newsletters Ensure newsletters go out as agreed. Advertising PR on new developments Marketing Materials Company Brochure Promotional material Sponsorship Marketing for Events & Trades Shows Other areas: Answer and/or respond to any sale queries. Minimum requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Marketing experience. Experience of managing a marketing budget within an all-round marketing role. Digital and print knowledge. Making the right decision and have a passion for making a difference. Ambitious to bring ideas to the table and grow with the business. Excellent communication skills. Please note that having your own transport and being a car driver is required for this role.
