Overview
A communications agency with big ambitions and a global client portfolio is looking for some senior creative firepower to lead the creative studio. You will take control of creative output and help to continue to build on their reputation for providing excellent service and exceptional creative work. This is a unique career opportunity for an entrepreneurial creative leader who wants to collaborate inside a highly motivated team while building and investing in something for themselves. You will have: • An ambition for creative freedom • Outstanding creative and design abilities and the ability to simplify complexity into engaging visual storytelling • Proven ability to lead, direct and inspire a design team in a fast-moving agency environment • Proven track record of developing outstanding creative concepts with a portfolio that demonstrates a breadth of work from branding to corporate reporting for known brands • Strong presentation skills to sell concepts internally and externally, being comfortable with client engagement at a senior commercial level inside global brands, accompanied by the necessary gravitas to speak their language fluently • Advanced level capabilities in Adobe CS, and a truly open mind regarding mastery and exploitation of underexploited communication tools like MS PowerPoint • Proven experience in relation to the consistent delivery of commercial and creative KPIs of a high-performance studio including people and quality management, managing creative process/time required for task completion and working collaboratively with Studio Management and Client Services • Ability to give art direction and feedback on multiple projects simultaneously, slipping comfortably between them, while managing your own projects/time/workload • The potential, ability and ambition to assume a Board level position in a growing agency Not for you but you know someone suitable?
