The Organisation: We’re working with an award winning Google Partnered agency who are expanding their success to a brand new Leeds office. They’re a full service digital transformation agency, and are industry leaders in optimization, digital marketing and paid search. They’re rapidly becoming the leading agency in the North for effective Affiliate Marketing solutions, and they’re looking to make their brand new Leeds office their flag stone office for the industry. Duties: Maintaining and developing affiliate marketing networks and search engine marketing Developing and managing affiliate marketing campaigns, executing strategy and auctioning insight Writing copy for email marketing campaigns Identifying new trends in digital marketing, evaluating new technologies and ensuring the company is at the forefront of industry developments Attain key performance indicators: reducing website bounce rate, increasing 'dwell’ time and improving conversion (per client) Person Specification: Experience within the affiliates industry Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms & programmes and major analytics programmes: Google Analytics, Affiliate Programmes, internal hyperlinks and backlinks Relevant knowledge and strong understanding of Search Engine Optimisation, Search Engine Marketing, content management and website analytics Experience managing web content Experience in online advertising and digital media plans would be a plus
