Client Manager Discipline - Accounting Barnet North London 35K circa Coulter Elite Resourcing - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a Client Manager for our client based out of Barnet, North London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Client Manager to join an established Accounting firm. Key Roles and Responsibilities of a Client Manager Accurate and complete bookkeeping to trial balance Completing and submitting VAT returns Managing a portfolio of clients and working to build that portfolio - including all elements of workflow, billing and quality control Monthly and annual payroll and P11D submissions Maintaining complete and accurate client records Prepare management reports including Month End journals and reconciliations Accounts preparation for Limited companies, Sole Traders and Partnerships at least to draft stage Regular and proactive client contact, building client relationships Must be able to organise and manage a large portfolio of clients, and work with the wider team to meet internal and external deadlines Dealing with external bodies such as HMRC Delegating to and supervising junior staff Person Specification: Minimum AAT Level 4 or equivalent Personal and corporate tax knowledge Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service A team approach, effective communication with clients and colleagues Meticulous attention to detail Excellent IT skills, in particular MS Office and accounting software, experience of Xero, TaxCalc and Sage software is an advantage Able to work and communicate clearly and regularly with others to achieve goals Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience of managing others an advantage It would be ideal, but not essential, for the candidate to have experience with clients in media, creative, fashion, branding/PR and digital/technology industries. This is a full time permanent for a Client Manager offering an annual salary of £35,000 circa. The role benefits from 25 days annual leave with flexible working hours.
