Join us on our journey of growth Job Description We are currently recruiting a Marketing Graduate to join the team on a Full Time, Permanent Basis in Swords. Our Marketing Graduate programme has been specially designed to create our future leaders. The successful graduate will be expected to learn whilst in the role and accumulate as much experience and practical knowledge as possible in the various tasks he/she will be seconded to. The successful candidate will work closely with commercial colleagues and will be assigned to project work or assisting colleagues in their day to day responsibilities. He/she will be expected to develop decision making, analysing and troubleshooting skills whilst in the role and will be supported by their department mentors/buddies Main Responsibilities: As a Marketing Graduate, you will be spending time with key commercial teams from across our business; however the main focus of your experience will be with our marketing team learning how Teva Ireland operates as part of a large global pharma company. You will be expected to learn whilst working and accumulate as much experience and practical knowledge as possible in the various departments you will be seconded to, working closely with colleagues and completing project work or assisting with day-to-day responsibilities. You will be mentored by one of our senior leaders who will support you through a structured learning and development programme, a variety of on-the-job assignments, and networking opportunities, including: An annual conference; developing your self-awareness and ability to build great relationships; A series of individually tailored business capability workshops LinkedIn Learning Ongoing catch-ups with senior leaders to encourage and steer your progress; A buddy and a mentor. Qualifications, Skills and Competencies: Qualifications: Minimum Second Class Honours Degree (an academic degree preferably in areas like business, social science, Life sciences, finance, legal, engineering, pharmacy, technology, mathematics, etc) Skills: Outstanding communication skills in order to interact with the other employees in the organisation and grow knowledge. Outstanding ability to analyse, observe and contribute to the functioning of the department. Strong ability to manage time and coordinate to ensure the maximum can be learnt during the short time with each department. Confidence to influence and challenge where necessary in a productive and effective way to achieve results. Ability to analyse documents and data.
