Overview

Technical Delivery Coordinator needed for a leading beauty brand based within Central London. As a Technical Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating the collaboration across both technical development teams across multi-sites as well as helping manage the successful delivery of projects. Duties and Responsibilities: Help manage the successful delivery of multiple small to mid-sized digital projects under the guidance of the Head of Technical Delivery. Attend meetings with stakeholders to communicate task progress and run demos where appropriate. Be the point of contact for any backlog queries from the business and provide reporting where necessary. Be the bridge between Dev support and Dev tasks and ensure urgent support tasks are followed up accordingly. Helping the Head of Technical Delivery in identifying and removing impediments to the teams. Maintain and manage technical documentation and ensure they are always up to date. Help coordinate technical releases on a weekly basis. Facilitating getting the work done. Provide day to day support to the Head of Technical Delivery. Work alongside Dev support Specialist to deliver tasks effectively. Help with technical tasks such as HTML and GTM tagging. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the business technical requirements and resolutions to their problems. Help manage the development backlog. Preparation of sprint reports. Skills Required: Good written English and communication skills Experience of working in an Agile environment Can do attitude Tech savvy problem solver Understanding of Jira and Zendesk Understanding of Apps / App store Preferable experience in: GTM, Usabila, Content Square, Analytics, Postman Attention to detail Strong organisational and prioritising skills
