Overview
Digital Project Manager Project Manager required to join an established and growing company in Nottingham. Our client is a leading technology company who have been established for over 30 years in Nottingham. They are now recruiting for a Digital Project Manager to support the company manage client projects as the company are going through an exciting growth period. Working in a warm and friendly family environment you will join a growing company with 65 employees and work alongside fellow Project Managers and Project Coordinators in facilitating a diverse portfolio of projects including high profile blue chip companies. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can hit the ground learning and bring their experience to the growing projects team. Ideally you should have experience working on Digital projects and exposure to working with a number of different clients. You must have experience working with blue Chip companies and meeting clients face to face. With great transport links in Nottingham the company are 10 minute drive away from Nottingham city centre or 15 minute tram ride as they are based conveniently near the University of Nottingham. The Role: The Project Manager will be joining a passionate team of creative individuals who work with a range of well-known global companies to develop bespoke interactive training scripts. This position is your chance to take the lead in managing projects for a vast range of projects and clients. This involves the planning and scheduling of projects, coordinating project teams to ensure timely delivery of project components, and liaising with clients to ensure deadlines are met on both sides. You will be managing anything from 5-10 projects at one given time and working with Pharmaceuticals, Banking and blue chip companies across the UK. What you will do: ·L eading multiple projects as one of the Project Manager as well as guiding and working alongside Project Coordinators. ·Ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget, and that they meet client expectations. ·Hosting regular client calls to discuss the progress of projects as a Project Manager ·Collaborating with specialists in design and instructional design to create exciting,original learning solutions. ·Working closely with subject matter experts to broaden your understanding of various training topics. ·The opportunity to attend face-to-face client meetings across the UK and Europe to ensure a successful collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Experience required ·Relevant commercial experience in a client facing role ·Experience working with blue chip companies and meeting clients face to face ·Fantastic organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task. ·Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. ·Ability to handle difficult situations/customers ·Excellent attention to detail. ·A personable and flexible approach to new situations and new people. ·A passion for learning and development.
