The Job: We are looking for a need an Ecommerce Manager to own and drive the ecommerce activity to transform our online sales of our services to the self-pay market. You will lead decision-making for our website, social media accounts, and Online advertising while using CRO and SEO tools. You will bring extensive experience with practices and techniques related to online marketing and online retailing, plus experience with analytical tools including Google Analytics. This is an exciting time to be joining us as we are a rapidly growing company about to undertake a major rebranding. Specific duties include: Key Responsibilities and Duties Create and maintain our business plan for ecommerce activities Manage online sales platform Achieve online sales targets and profit targets whilst taking account of the clinical and sensitive nature of our services Liaise directly with the Board to present plans for any new significant advances or initiatives to improve the Company’s online presence and e-sales. Apply CRO marketing techniques to radically improve traffic to our website Work collaboratively with other colleagues to communicate product launches, promotions and partnership activity Support digitally driven marketing initiatives, bringing knowledge and understanding of existing and emerging technologies. Website Finalise the design and implementation of our new website which is designed to maximise conversions through clarity and ease of navigation for customers Troubleshoot website-related issues Continuously review and enhance all components of the online user journey Participate in ongoing testing and continuous improvement of our website Maintain current knowledge of ecommerce Manage web development projects Liaise with our web design agency to develop the website as required Create and update service listings Implement CRO and SEO developments Maintain knowledge of new developments in ecommerce. Research and Analytics Research our customer demographics and how to best reach them Define, implement and use analytics and performance information to report on our website’s performance (sales, costs, service performance, customer behaviour, site metrics, etc), identifying and implementing opportunities for growth Use analysis and insight to improve our website and increase sales.
