Description The Ecommerce Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following: Lead implementation of digital strategy Overall responsibility and day to day management of the B2C online channels and D2C website Develop retailer ecommerce strategy (inc PDP template, joint marketing activities, pixel implementation) Management of AMS Develop online reviews (retailer & D2C) Provide analysis of sales made through online channels, shaping future strategy according to data gathered on previous sales Continually review the relevance and commercial potential of new areas of digital development, and make recommendations to Directors Continuously assess current SEO & PPC strategies and campaigns Management of CRM Ensure maximum page conversion rates Management of customer journey Optimisation of customer product detail pages Create content for customer and company websites Evaluate current approaches and strategies to improve website sales conversions and customer engagement Recruit into and develop the Ecommerce team, focusing on leadership and development Profile The ideal candidate for the Ecommerce Marketing Manager position will have the following skills and experience: Strong knowledge and understanding of Ecommerce and the full digital marketing mix Experience Implanting digital strategies Experience managing Ecommerce websites Experience managing marketplaces Excellent knowledge of Google Ads and Analytics with the capability to personally create Comprehensive knowledge of the SEO landscape and capability to carry out onsite and offsite SEO activity such as product copywriting, technical SEO optimisations, link acquisition etc. Strong knowledge of E-commerce UX best practise and ability to plan and implement CRO activity Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel to Advanced skill level Knowledge of emerging digital technologies/trends and understanding the wider implications for the marketplace in the future Have a good knowledge of and exposure to the FMCG industry Job Offer Competitive salary Bonus scheme Join a well established global company Play an integral role in developing the Ecommerce function
