Overview

A banking lawyer is now wanted for an opportunity to work with an outstanding practice. The firm is both domestic and international and has deep relationships with it's clients, having a solid understanding of their needs and work requirements. The firm is now looking for a banking lawyer to advise lenders and borrowers on a broad range of international banking matters ranging from debt funds and other lending structure in leveraged finance. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years PQE, have trained and qualified with another top-ranked firm, and have experience of working in the City.
