Overview

Global not for profit organisation are looking to appoint a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute the digital strategy to drive traffic, grow subscribers, lead generation and online visibility utilizing such techniques in the field as social media, web analytics, e-mail marketing and search engine optimization, among others. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Developing and managing the digital marketing strategy under the guidance of the Marketing and Communications Manager. • Developing and managing the social media strategy for the company to support the re-development of the company website to ensure the site is Search Optimised and devising strategies to drive online traffic to specific areas of the company website. • Creating online banner adverts and overseeing pay per click (PPC) ad management and social media advertising. • Managing and developing sector & product campaigns. • Tracking conversion rates and making suggestions for future campaigns. • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data. • Reviewing new technologies and keeping the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing. • Designing, building and maintaining the companies social media presence. • Writing and optimising content for the website and social networking accounts such as LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube. • Tracking and analysing website traffic flow and providing regular internal reports. • Attaining key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion. • Editing and posting videos, webinars, podcasts and audio content to online sites. • Arranging webinars and webcasts. • Marketing strategy & planning o Content writing o Digital marketing skills o Strong attention to detail o Team collaboration If you'd like to join a well-respected global brand offering excellent career prospects and great benefits, we'd love to hear from you
