Overview
Product Director Profile A tech business with an established foothold in the online Gaming and Gambling sector is looking to bring on-board someone to lead their Crypto/Blockchain department after increased demand from their clients. The role You will be taking ownership of the businesses Blockchain/Crypto roadmap including 4 products and 2 Product Managers. You will need to form tactical and strategic initiatives so as to allow the Blockchain/Crypto teams to deliver against the product roadmaps. A constant care must be taken to notice market conditions, competitors and new technology that can benefit the business. A firm hold of the senior management team will be required, to guide and in some cases, defend the product function and wider Crypto/Blockchain team. Commercialise current products and look to launch new products to the wider market. Strong relationships and communication with current clients will also be required of you. What you must have Previous experience within the Crypto/Blockchain market. A passion to deliver UCD products always keeping the end user in mind. Management of a product team. Extensive product experience.
